What is COMPASS?
COMPASS is a young professionals network for individuals aged 18-40 in the Detroit Lakes area. Open to both Chamber and non-Chamber members, it connects young professionals, entrepreneurs, civic leaders, and newcomers through networking, leadership training, and community involvement. Members can also gain leadership experience by serving on the Steering Council.
